Refund policy

To be eligible for a return on clothing and apparel, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and it needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund or return on experiences and programs, you must request the refund at hairbossofficial@yahoo.com at least 72 hours BEFORE the scheduled program/experience begins.
After the 72 hour mark from the start of the program/experience refund is no longer available.
